Fresh Ears
Why does my project need fresh ears?
The engineer has a trained and developed ear, a sharp sense of sonic and musical knowledge that is key to successful mastering. It’s also beneficial that the mastering engineer wasn‘t there when you recorded and mixed your project. Hearing your songs for the first time from a fresh pair of ears can be truly objective advice.

How do I know it will sound better?
You will always have input into how your project sounds. We will do everything we can to make your audio project sound incredible. Your project will be completed by an experienced mastering engineer. We specialize in audio mastering, satisfaction guarantee on every project.
Formats
Do you master for mp3 or other digital formats?
Yes we do! We are able to provide the best conversion to mp3 or any other file format. Every order will receive masters in uncompressed WAV, AIFF, and compressed MP3 formats. If you only have access to mp3 versions we can still achieve good results, but you will get a better final master using high quality uncompressed .wav or .aif files.

HOW CAN I REQUEST A SAMPLE MASTER?
To request a free sample master simply register and upload your sample song. We'll master it and send you an email when the preview is ready for download.
Preparation
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE MY MIX BEFORE MASTERING?
When preparing your mix for mastering make sure that each track, and the master bus peak levels are between -3db and -6db. This technique prevents clipping. Remove any processing such as limiters or compressors from the master bus. Try to submit a high resolution .wav or .aif file. We can master mp3's however you will get a better final product when mastering from a uncompressed high resolution file.
Revisions
So what if I am not happy with how it sounds?
If you are not completely satisfied with the 1st master we will rework the track (up to 2 full revisions included), until you are completely satisfied. Notify us with your change requests within 7 days, we will make changes and send you the updated master. You will get a master that is of the highest possible sound quality available.
Turnaround
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE MY SONG(S) ARE FINISHED?
Completion is based upon workload but generally you can expect to have your songs back within 5-7 days. Express Services are available for projects under a strict a deadline.
